Last Updated: July 29, 2026

OVERVIEW

This website is operated by STOREVIA LIMITED under the store name Aptora.

Throughout the website, the terms “Aptora,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to STOREVIA LIMITED, where appropriate.

Aptora provides this website, including its information, products, features, tools, and related services, to users conditioned upon acceptance of these Terms of Service and the other policies published on aptora.us.

By visiting our website, creating an account, submitting information, or purchasing a product from us, you use our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the website, including browsers, customers, account holders, vendors, suppliers, and individuals who submit reviews or other content.

These Terms should be read together with our:

  • Privacy Policy
  • Shipping & Delivery Policy
  • Return & Refund Policy
  • Contact Information
  • Any product-specific terms displayed before purchase
  • Other policies published on aptora.us

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the website.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the website or purchase products through Aptora.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or replaces any consumer right or legal remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY AND ONLINE STORE TERMS

By using the Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, territory, or country of residence.

If you permit a minor dependent to access the website, you are responsible for supervising that use and ensuring compliance with these Terms.

You may not use the Service or any product purchased from Aptora for an illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.

You may not use the website in a manner that violates any applicable local, state, federal, national, or international law.

You are responsible for ensuring that products purchased through Aptora may lawfully be imported, possessed, installed, and used at the delivery destination.

A breach of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service, cancellation of an unshipped order, or other appropriate action.

SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse or limit access to the Service where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Payment risk
  • Security threats
  • Policy abuse
  • Unlawful activity
  • Product unavailability
  • Shipping restrictions
  • Incorrect customer information
  • Repeated unauthorized chargebacks
  • Threatening or abusive conduct
  • Attempts to interfere with the website

We will not refuse service on a basis prohibited by applicable law.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, exploit, or commercially use any portion of the Service without prior written permission from Aptora.

Headings used in these Terms are provided for convenience and do not affect their interpretation.

SECTION 3 – ACCOUNTS AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION

You may be able to purchase products as a guest or through a customer account.

You are responsible for providing current, complete, and accurate information, including:

  • Full name
  • Billing address
  • Shipping address
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Payment information
  • Apartment, suite, or unit number
  • Other information required to process delivery

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities conducted through your account.

You must notify us promptly if you believe that your account or payment information has been accessed without authorization.

We may suspend an account or place an order on hold if we reasonably suspect unauthorized access, fraud, account misuse, or inaccurate information.

You may not impersonate another person, use false information, or create an account using information that you are not authorized to use.

SECTION 4 – ACCURACY OF SITE INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on the website accurate, complete, and current.

However, the website may occasionally contain:

  • Typographical errors
  • Incorrect dimensions
  • Pricing errors
  • Inventory errors
  • Outdated information
  • Image or color discrepancies
  • Technical errors
  • Supplier-provided inaccuracies

Information provided on the website is not intended to replace measurements, installation instructions, safety instructions, product manuals, professional advice, or information provided by an appropriate contractor or qualified professional.

When purchasing furniture or home products, customers should independently confirm important measurements, materials, installation requirements, weight limits, electrical specifications, and compatibility with the intended space.

We reserve the right to correct errors and update information, subject to applicable law and any rights already associated with an accepted order.

SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Products offered by Aptora may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities.

Products are subject to availability and may be discontinued without prior notice.

Aptora may use third-party suppliers, fulfillment providers, warehouses, and logistics partners to store, prepare, and ship products.

Products from the same order may be fulfilled from different locations and may arrive in separate packages.

Use of third-party fulfillment providers does not remove any responsibility that Aptora cannot lawfully exclude.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit product quantities
  • Discontinue products
  • Restrict delivery to certain locations
  • Refuse orders involving suspected resale or fraud
  • Correct product information
  • Cancel unavailable products
  • Offer an alternative product with the customer’s approval

Aptora will not knowingly substitute a materially different product without obtaining the customer’s authorization.

SECTION 6 – PRODUCT IMAGES, COLORS, MATERIALS, AND FINISHES

We make reasonable efforts to display product images, colors, materials, patterns, and finishes accurately.

However, the appearance of a product may vary because of:

  • Screen settings
  • Device display differences
  • Room lighting
  • Photography conditions
  • Natural material variations
  • Manufacturing batches
  • Monitor calibration
  • Image compression

Minor differences that do not materially affect the product’s appearance, function, or intended use are not ordinarily considered defects.

Natural wood, woven materials, stone-like finishes, fabrics, and similar products may have variations in color, grain, texture, stitching, or pattern.

If a delivered product is materially different from its description or images, contact us according to our Return & Refund Policy.

SECTION 7 – PRODUCT MEASUREMENTS AND SPACE REQUIREMENTS

Product measurements are generally provided using information available from manufacturers or suppliers.

Minor measurement variations may occur because of manufacturing methods, measurement techniques, padding, fabric, rounded surfaces, or product assembly.

Before purchasing furniture, customers are responsible for checking:

  • Product dimensions
  • Package dimensions
  • Room dimensions
  • Doorway clearance
  • Hallway clearance
  • Stairway clearance
  • Elevator dimensions
  • Ceiling height
  • Floor space
  • Product weight
  • Weight capacity
  • Building delivery restrictions

A return caused by the customer’s failure to verify available space or access clearance may be treated as a change-of-mind return.

This does not apply where the dimensions delivered are materially inconsistent with the dimensions stated on the applicable product page.

SECTION 8 – ASSEMBLY, INSTALLATION, AND SAFE USE

Some Aptora products may require assembly, installation, mounting, anchoring, electrical connection, or other preparation before use.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Reviewing all instructions
  • Using appropriate tools
  • Following safety warnings
  • Confirming wall and floor suitability
  • Using included safety hardware
  • Observing stated weight limits
  • Keeping small parts away from children
  • Obtaining qualified assistance when appropriate

Wall-mounted furniture, shelving, mirrors, lighting products, anti-tip systems, and other installed products must be attached using hardware suitable for the relevant wall, surface, and building structure.

Included hardware may not be suitable for every surface.

Customers should obtain assistance from a qualified professional when they are uncertain about assembly, installation, wiring, mounting, structural support, or safe use.

Aptora is not responsible for damage caused solely by improper assembly, incorrect installation, misuse, overloading, unauthorized modification, failure to anchor furniture, or failure to follow applicable instructions, except to the extent that liability cannot legally be excluded.

SECTION 9 – PRICES AND CURRENCY

Product prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or during checkout.

Prices may change without prior notice. A price change will not ordinarily affect an order that Aptora has already accepted, except where:

  • The customer agrees to a change
  • An obvious pricing error occurred
  • Applicable law permits correction
  • Taxes or government charges are adjusted

Prices may not include customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, government charges, or similar destination-based charges unless expressly stated.

Promotional pricing is valid only during the stated promotional period and while applicable inventory remains available.

SECTION 10 – TAXES, DUTIES, AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Applicable sales taxes may be calculated during checkout based on the information available to Aptora and its payment or commerce providers.

International orders may be subject to:

  • Import duties
  • Customs taxes
  • Value-added taxes
  • Brokerage charges
  • Customs processing fees
  • Local government charges

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the recipient is responsible for international import charges assessed by the destination country, carrier, customs authority, or local government.

Aptora does not control these charges and cannot guarantee their amount.

SECTION 11 – PAYMENT

You agree to provide valid and authorized payment information.

By submitting payment information, you represent that:

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
  • The information provided is accurate.
  • You authorize the applicable amount to be charged.
  • You are responsible for charges associated with your order.

Payment processing may be performed by third-party payment processors.

Aptora does not directly control the processing time, authorization decisions, security procedures, or account actions of banks, card issuers, payment networks, or payment processors.

An order may be delayed or cancelled if payment cannot be authorized, is reversed, is identified as high risk, or requires additional verification.

SECTION 12 – ORDER SUBMISSION AND ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.

An automated order confirmation confirms that we received your order. It does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of every product in the order.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, an order is accepted when Aptora:

  • Sends express written acceptance,
  • Confirms shipment of the applicable product, or
  • Otherwise begins fulfilling the order in a manner indicating acceptance.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order before shipment for legitimate reasons, including:

  • Product unavailability
  • Payment failure
  • Suspected fraud
  • Incorrect pricing
  • Incorrect product information
  • Shipping restrictions
  • Quantity limitations
  • An undeliverable address
  • Legal or regulatory restrictions
  • Supplier or fulfillment errors

If Aptora cancels a paid order before shipment, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

SECTION 13 – ORDER LIMITATIONS AND RESELLING

We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, account, payment method, billing address, or shipping address.

Restrictions may apply to orders that reasonably appear to involve:

  • Unauthorized commercial resale
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Automated purchasing
  • Circumvention of quantity limits
  • Abuse of promotions
  • Product diversion
  • Payment or chargeback risk

Aptora may contact the customer for verification before processing an order.

SECTION 14 – ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Customers may request an order change or cancellation within 12 hours after purchase.

Requests should be sent to:

nioursfaseqw@gmail.com

Submitting a request does not guarantee that the change or cancellation can be completed.

Orders may enter supplier processing, fulfillment, or shipment shortly after purchase.

A cancellation is effective only after Aptora confirms it in writing.

Once fulfillment or shipment has started, an order may no longer be eligible for cancellation. The customer may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in this section limits cancellation or refund rights that apply when Aptora cannot meet a promised shipping timeframe.

SECTION 15 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are processed and delivered according to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless Aptora expressly provides a guaranteed date in writing.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate, complete, and deliverable shipping address.

Delivery may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, product size, building restrictions, failed delivery attempts, and other circumstances.

If Aptora cannot ship within an applicable promised period, we will provide any delay notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.

Our Shipping & Delivery Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

SECTION 16 – RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND REPLACEMENTS

Returns, refunds, replacements, exchanges, and damaged-product claims are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers must obtain written authorization before returning a product.

The business correspondence address listed in these Terms is not automatically an authorized return address.

Do not send products to our business correspondence address unless Aptora provides prior written authorization.

Our Return & Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Nothing in these Terms restricts a refund, replacement, warranty, or consumer remedy that cannot legally be waived.

SECTION 17 – PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS, AND COUPONS

Promotional offers may be subject to separate terms, including:

  • Start and end dates
  • Eligible products
  • Minimum purchase requirements
  • Quantity limits
  • Geographic restrictions
  • One-time-use restrictions
  • Customer eligibility requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Promotions cannot be combined.
  • Discount codes have no cash value.
  • Discounts do not apply retroactively.
  • Discounts cannot be applied after an order is completed.
  • Promotional codes may not be sold or transferred.
  • Discounts may exclude taxes, duties, or shipping fees.

Aptora may cancel or correct a promotion affected by fraud, technical error, unauthorized distribution, or misuse, subject to applicable law.

SECTION 18 – OPTIONAL AND THIRD-PARTY TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools, integrations, payment systems, tracking services, or other features.

Third-party tools may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies established by their providers.

Aptora does not control every aspect of a third-party service.

Use of an optional third-party tool is at the user’s discretion and subject to the rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

SECTION 19 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The website may contain links to third-party websites, carriers, payment processors, social media services, or external resources.

A link does not necessarily mean that Aptora endorses or controls the third party.

Aptora is not responsible for the independent content, policies, availability, or security practices of third-party websites.

Customers should review the terms and privacy policies of third-party services before providing information or completing a transaction through them.

This section does not limit Aptora’s obligations regarding third parties used by Aptora to perform our own contractual responsibilities.

SECTION 20 – USER REVIEWS, COMMENTS, AND SUBMISSIONS

You may be permitted to submit reviews, photographs, comments, suggestions, questions, or other content.

You retain ownership of content that you lawfully create.

By submitting content to Aptora, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, format, and use that content for operating, improving, and promoting Aptora, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

You represent that your submission:

  • Is based on your genuine experience where represented as a review
  • Does not infringe another person’s rights
  • Does not contain unlawful or deceptive content
  • Does not contain malware
  • Does not disclose confidential information without authorization
  • Does not impersonate another person
  • Does not contain prohibited personal or payment information

Aptora may moderate or remove content that is fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, irrelevant, infringing, misleading, or technically harmful.

We will not prohibit or penalize a customer merely for providing an honest review or opinion about Aptora, our products, services, or conduct.

Aptora is not required to publish every submission.

SECTION 21 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Aptora website and its original content, including its branding, layout, graphics, written materials, icons, and design elements, may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Product names, trademarks, photographs, and materials belonging to manufacturers, suppliers, or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

You may use the website for personal and lawful shopping purposes.

You may not, without authorization:

  • Copy substantial parts of the website
  • Republish website content
  • Remove ownership notices
  • Use Aptora branding to imply affiliation
  • Create misleading copies of the website
  • Use our content for unlawful commercial purposes
  • Register confusingly similar names or identifiers
  • Infringe third-party intellectual property rights

SECTION 22 – PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the website or Service to:

  • Violate applicable law
  • Commit or facilitate fraud
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Transmit malware or harmful code
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Interfere with website security
  • Collect personal information unlawfully
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse others
  • Circumvent purchase limits
  • Manipulate reviews
  • Submit fraudulent chargebacks
  • Test stolen payment information
  • Use automated tools in a manner that overloads or damages the website
  • Misrepresent your identity or authority
  • Use Aptora’s name for impersonation or phishing

We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with payment providers, carriers, rights holders, or lawful authorities where appropriate.

SECTION 23 – PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal information submitted through the website is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Customers should not send:

  • Full payment card numbers
  • Card security codes
  • Account passwords
  • Government identification documents

unless Aptora has specifically requested information through a secure and appropriate process for a legitimate purpose.

Transactional communications, including order confirmations, tracking information, security notices, and customer service replies, may be sent as necessary to process or administer an order.

Marketing communications will be handled according to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.

SECTION 24 – ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

By using the Service, you agree that electronic communications may satisfy legal requirements for written communications where permitted by law.

Electronic communications may include:

  • Order confirmations
  • Shipping notices
  • Policy notices
  • Refund confirmations
  • Customer service messages
  • Security communications
  • Account-related notices

You are responsible for providing an active email address and checking messages relating to your order.

SECTION 25 – SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We aim to maintain reliable website access but do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

The website may be temporarily unavailable because of:

  • Maintenance
  • Technical problems
  • Hosting interruptions
  • Security incidents
  • Provider outages
  • Network failures
  • Circumstances outside our reasonable control

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue website features where reasonably necessary.

Discontinuing a website feature does not remove obligations associated with an accepted and uncompleted order.

SECTION 26 – DISCLAIMERS

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and general informational content are provided on an “as available” basis.

Aptora does not guarantee that:

  • Every website feature will be continuously available.
  • Every minor error will be corrected immediately.
  • General décor content will be suitable for every space.
  • Products will produce a particular aesthetic result.
  • Third-party services will remain available.

Product-related warranties, statutory guarantees, and consumer remedies remain subject to the product description, applicable policy, express warranty, and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

SECTION 27 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aptora and its officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising solely from use of the website or a breach of these Terms.

Where permitted by law, Aptora’s aggregate contractual liability relating to a particular product will not exceed the amount paid for that affected product.

These limitations do not apply to:

  • Fraud
  • Intentional misconduct
  • Death or personal injury where liability cannot be excluded
  • Gross negligence where liability cannot be limited
  • Violations of non-waivable consumer rights
  • Liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain liability exclusions or limitations. In those jurisdictions, the applicable limitation will apply only to the maximum extent legally permitted.

SECTION 28 – CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR PRODUCT USE

Customers are responsible for using products in accordance with:

  • Product instructions
  • Safety warnings
  • Weight limits
  • Age recommendations
  • Assembly directions
  • Maintenance instructions
  • Applicable building rules
  • Applicable laws and regulations

Customers should stop using a product and contact Aptora if they discover a potentially dangerous defect.

Aptora is not responsible for injury or damage caused solely by unauthorized modification, improper assembly, improper installation, misuse, overloading, or failure to follow clear safety instructions, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

SECTION 29 – INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify Aptora against reasonable losses, liabilities, and expenses arising directly from:

  • Your intentional unlawful misuse of the Service
  • Your infringement of another person’s rights
  • Fraud committed through your account
  • Malicious interference with the website
  • Content you submit in violation of these Terms

This obligation does not apply to losses caused by Aptora’s own breach, negligence, unlawful conduct, or failure to satisfy non-waivable legal duties.

SECTION 30 – FORCE MAJEURE

Aptora will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Severe weather
  • Fire or flood
  • War or civil unrest
  • Government restrictions
  • Public health emergencies
  • Labor disruptions
  • Customs interruptions
  • Carrier network failures
  • Power or communications outages
  • Supplier facility interruptions

We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and provide appropriate information or options.

This section does not eliminate any cancellation, refund, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

SECTION 31 – TERMINATION

These Terms remain effective unless terminated by you or Aptora.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

Aptora may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably determine that a user has:

  • Materially breached these Terms
  • Engaged in fraud
  • Misused the website
  • Threatened website security
  • Violated applicable law

Termination does not eliminate obligations or rights that arose before termination, including payment obligations, refund obligations, intellectual property rights, and provisions intended to survive termination.

SECTION 32 – SEVERABILITY

If a provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or modified as necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

SECTION 33 – NO WAIVER

Failure by Aptora to immediately enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

A waiver is effective only when clearly provided in writing by an authorized representative of Aptora.

SECTION 34 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference constitute the entire agreement between you and Aptora regarding use of the website and purchases through the Service.

They replace prior website terms concerning the same subject matter.

Product-specific terms displayed before purchase may supplement these Terms.

If a product-specific term directly conflicts with a general provision, the more specific term will apply to that product, subject to applicable law.

SECTION 35 – ASSIGNMENT

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

Aptora may assign or transfer its rights and obligations as part of a merger, restructuring, asset transfer, financing, or transfer of business operations, provided that this does not unlawfully reduce customer rights.

SECTION 36 – GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

However, this choice of law does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections available under the laws of the consumer’s habitual residence when those protections legally apply.

Before beginning formal proceedings, customers are encouraged to contact Aptora so that we can attempt to resolve the issue informally.

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from:

  • Seeking relief from a court with lawful jurisdiction
  • Exercising a statutory consumer remedy
  • Filing a complaint with an appropriate authority
  • Pursuing a payment dispute or chargeback right provided by law or a payment provider

The courts of Hong Kong will have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory jurisdictional right available to the customer.

SECTION 37 – CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms to reflect:

  • Legal requirements
  • Operational changes
  • New website features
  • Changes to payment or fulfillment methods
  • Security requirements
  • Business restructuring

The updated version will be published on aptora.us with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Changes will not ordinarily apply retroactively to completed purchases unless required by law or beneficial to the customer.

Continued use of the website after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms for future use.
