Aptora offers compact furniture, storage solutions, lighting, textiles, home décor, and organization products designed for studio apartments, smaller rooms, and multifunctional living spaces.

Aptora charges a flat shipping fee of $6.90 per order. If your order is divided into multiple shipments, you will not be charged an additional standard shipping fee solely because the items ship separately.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery after shipment is generally 5–10 business days within the United States and 10–20 business days for supported international destinations. These are estimates and may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier, customs processing, and other delivery conditions.

Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with available tracking information. Tracking updates may take approximately 2–5 days to appear after shipment because of carrier processing or transfers between logistics providers.

Products in the same order may be stored at different fulfillment locations and shipped separately. Each package may have its own tracking number and delivery date. Please review all shipping confirmation emails before reporting a missing item.

You may request an address change, order modification, or cancellation within 12 hours of purchase by emailing nioursfaseqw@gmail.com. Requests are not guaranteed because orders may enter processing shortly after they are placed. A cancellation is complete only after Aptora confirms it in writing.

Please review the product dimensions, materials, weight capacity, assembly requirements, and included components. Measure your room, floor space, doorways, hallways, stairways, elevators, and other delivery access points before ordering. Returns caused by insufficient space or access may be treated as change-of-mind returns.

Some furniture and storage products may require assembly, mounting, or installation. Assembly requirements are generally listed on the product page. Unless expressly stated otherwise, professional assembly and installation are not included. Always follow the supplied instructions and use qualified assistance when electrical work, wall mounting, or structural support is involved.

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. Products must generally be unused, unwashed, uninstalled, unaltered, and returned with their original packaging, accessories, hardware, and instructions. Furniture should normally remain unassembled for a change-of-mind return. Contact us before returning anything because all returns require prior written authorization.

Email nioursfaseqw@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and affected area. We recommend reporting visible damage within 7 calendar days of delivery. Please keep all packaging, accessories, and hardware until your claim has been reviewed.
